Combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, lime, avocado, cilantro, cumin, garlic, and salt (Greek yogurt is optional) in a blender jar and blend until smooth. You may want to start off with ½ teaspoon of salt and add more if needed. Store in the refrigerator until ready for use. Shake well immediately before pouring on tender greens, raw or cooked vegetables, or any dish that warrants that fresh lime-cilantro flavor!
