Do you ever get that feeling of ‘ there must be something more’? And that does not have to suggest that there is anything wrong with your life, this feeling is often a little nudge from the universe, saying ‘ you are ready! It is time to take control’
It does not have to be a career change, I fact the majority of my students come as part of their own self development, often it does lead to a career change, but initially, Reiki is about you. Find out who you are, heal the past and invest in a brighter more balanced future.

The joys of self employment! 😭

I have actually taken to my bed with this flu thing! I have completely lost my voice, feel like I’m going to cough a lung up and not a part of my body is not aching! Time to practice what I preach and practice some extreme self care.
