The MAY 50K MS Challenge has ended, and it’s now time for the TURQUOISE FOR THE ELDERLY campaign, running from 15 May to 15 June 2025.

Because the MS Challenge and Turquoise campaign overlapped this year, I’ve decided to dedicate the whole month of June to this special group of people.

🌍 Today is Global Move for Health Day! πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

This is your quick reminder of the incredible benefits of movement β€” and hopefully, a little motivation to get moving more often. πŸ’ͺ

We should all aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity movement per week. That’s just over 20 minutes a day β€” walking, stretching, gardening, dancing, lifting, or climbing stairs. Every bit counts!

Movement isn’t just about fitness β€” it’s about feeling better, living longer, and aging stronger. 🌿

Let today be the first step toward a more active, vibrant life.
