I recently delivered a training on behalf of to the wonderful staff and volunteers at Home Start Camden & Islington. They really are a credit to their organisation, the boroughs they serve and the families they support.

Home-Start Camden & Islington (HSC&I) offers free, confidential support and practical help to parents of children under five in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington who are struggling.

Those early years in a child's development are crucial to their long term wellbeing.
And, this is often the time when parents struggle the most due to many factors including financial concerns, time constraints, lack of sleep, poor physical and mentall health.

Its vital young families get as much help as they can at this time and especially as families are often much more dispersed than they used to be. I.e. people may not grow up around aunts, uncles, cousins,grandparents etc. and from that have the support of extended families that they might of not that long ago.

Recently completed a training on behalf of Grassroots Su***de Prevention under the contract.
Some amazing learners from fantastic organisations, doing great work, and sharing valuable knowledge. Thanks to all who contributed their time, knowledge, and wisdom.

Every time I facilitate one of these courses I want to move to the south coast!

It was a huge honour to give a lecture on "The Science Behind Yoga " at the University of Westminster today, followed by a short yoga class, breathwork, and mindfulness session.
