Getting back to the discussion of wellness, 💎 SEROTONIN is the key hormone that we want to boost in our bodies as it stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. (https://youtu.be/asM-Qe5509o)

💡Next question - How to boost Serotonin?

There can be a few ways to boost serotonin and through eating is one of the effective ways. However, humans cannot directly get serotonin from food but from foods rich in **** TRYPTOPHAN ****, an amino acid that must be obtained from diet, particularly plant or meat-based proteins.

💟🌈 In other words, when one eats tryptophan-rich foods, his/her mood tends to be more stable as serotonin inhibits impulsive behaviour.

💡 The next question - What are the foods rich in Tryptophan? (To be continued in the next post...)
