10 TIPS To Help You Lose Weight Without Suffering...

1- Don't skip Breakfast. It won't help you lose weight. 🍳

2- Eat regular meals 3 times a day. 🥗

3- Eat lots of fruits and veggies. 🥕

4- Do a little exercise. (A walk, a run, some yoga) 🏃🏽‍♀️

5- Drink a lot of water. You should drink at least 2L everyday 💧

6- Eat high fibre foods. (Fruits & Vegs, cereals) 🌾

7- Read the food labels. (Chose less salty, fat and sugared) 🏷

8- Use a smaller plate and don't overfill it. 🍽

9. Do not ban food you like, moderation is the key. 🍩

10. Moderate your alcohol consumption. 🍷
