Our last Movement for Mamas 2025 🛖

90 mins of squeezing out the stiffness, shaking off the leaves, deep relaxation and journalling to reflect how far we’ve come and grown over the last 11 months.

A chance before the madness of December to take a breath and a pause before we plunge into festivities.

Giving yourself back some self-love has never been more important as the world around us spirals, it’s easy to lose your footing.

Next Movement for Mamas is coming in strong with a collaboration made in harmonious heaven.

Yoga with

Song with Clara .wellbeing .singingmamas.centralbeds

We’ll move through a mix of yoga, release work and juicy flow to open our bodies and calm our nervous system. Followed by soul soothing song that brings us joy and a sense a community.

You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi or a professional singer to join this session, just come as you are and enjoy the unravelling.

Loved last week’s instalment of Movement for Mamas with the gorgeous .therapies.

In September, another collab is blooming with .wellbeing .singingmamas.centralbeds and I can’t wait. First part yoga, second part harmony and song - all to promote wellbeing inside and out. There is so much science behind how singing helps soothe our nervous system and I’m excited to pair it with breath, yoga and slow movement to really tap into some deep rest.

We’re excited to be back this Saturday for another instalment of Movement for Mamas.

Shannon from .therapies will be joining me again for 90 mins of gorgeous yoga and massage. Well slow it right down and indulge in gentle movement and stillness to melt away the tension.
