I put these words together yesterday. They captured my experience of Red Tent last Sunday 🥰;

The magic of a v.small community;

Unravelled alliance and magic of what needed to be acknowledged and let go of. Fostering a deep connection to inner growth, with a dash of hearty humour. Known truths that our hearts felt safe to whisper.

Those whispers carried by spirit showed us the way as the wheel reavealing our hearts' desires, at this point of year.

Meet Mugie 🐶

If you've been to my therapeutic practice, you maybe familiar with Mugie. Mugie is my co worker, she let's me know when people have arrived.

🐶 Woof

She's also really good at reminding me of work life balance.

Mugie had a doggiechino today, a little treat from me to say thanks and she was given another, on the house, by the girls in Costa ✨️

Then she finished off the day with a juicy bone.

Hello,

I thought I would reintroduce myself, as a lot has happened since engaging and being present on Facebook.

Let's start with the name of my business and what I do: Yasmin Bouvier Therapies. I chose this name because it implies that I do more than one thing. Here is a little description of what I offer.

Counselling and psychotherapy- I run a private practice from my house in Wallasey, on the Wirral, Tuesday to Friday. I work person-centered, experientially informed by emotion. What this means is i see you at the center of the work we do together. Most of my clients have reached a point in their lives and they need a helping hand (metaphorically) to get through. This includes relationships, work, neurodiversity, loss, health, family, sexuality, and so on.

Reiki- I’m qualified as a level 2 degree Usui Reiki practitioner. I offer Reiki to my family and also, that of course, means my pets. I have worked in collaborative settings with other practitioners and also on a 1 to 1 basis. Reiki is a beautiful, powerful, yet gentle way to assist with the body's natural healing process, allowing for clarity of mind, body and spirit. I use oracle cards at the end of the session to provide further spiritual insight.
You can combine Reiki with counselling sessions.

Womb Reiki- This is another holistic service that brings forth a connection to the divine feminine within. If you are woman on a journey with your womb be that a pathology- Endro, cramps, irregular periods, ectopic pregnancy, trauma. Womb reiki assists with bringing ease to your journey and connection with your womb.

Red Tent- I started running Red Tent once a month at the beginning of the year as safe space for women to gather and connect. This is not a group that is against men… no no no none of that haha. In my own experience of life Ive realised women need other women for mutual support and grounding, and at Red Tent thats what happens, we share, connect and rest.
The women and the space create the magic. No 2 months have been the same 🌹

⛺️ Only One Came—And It Was Enough ⛺️

Last night, I set up the Red Tent with candles, soft music, and open arms. Just one woman came.

And we sat.
We breathed.
We shared what was heavy, what was holy.
And I remembered: this is why I do this.

It’s not about numbers.
It’s about nourishment.
Depth over volume.
Presence over performance.

To the women who wanted to come but couldn’t—you were held in spirit. Life is full, and I get it.

The Red Tent will be here when you’re ready. Whether one woman comes or ten, I’ll keep tending the flame. And maybe, one day, you’ll sit in this circle and realize: you were never alone.
