We’re VEGGIE-ng you to try these healthy patties for your next meal! We promise it’s worth it 😋

Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground chicken
- 1/8 cup chicken liver
- 2pcs eggs
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup kalabasa (strips)
- 2 1/2 cups kangkong
- 1/4 cup oil
- oil for frying
- 1 tsp of salt
- a dash of pepper

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine egg, oil, salt and pepper.
2. In another bowl, combine ground chicken, liver, garlic, onion, kalabasa, kangkong and flour. Add the egg mixture. Blend well.
3. Divide the mixture by 40, approximately 2 tablespoons or 40 grams each portion. Shape each portion into patties.
4. In a pan, heat oil. Fry the patties for 4 minutes each side or until brown.
5. Transfer in a strainer or bowl with
paper towels to drain excess oil.
6. Serve with catsup on the side.

The Swedish meatballs are shaking! Try these tokwa balls with gravy.

We just can't get enough of tofu!

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 2 tsps salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cups mashed tokwa
- 2 1/2 cups ground pork
- 2 1/2 cups chopped kalabasa
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped kinchay
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cooking oil for frying

Gravy:
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup onion, white
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups water
- 1 pack all purpose cream
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 spinach

Procedure:
- Combine eggs, oil, salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine tokwa, pork, and the vegetables.
- Add egg mixture. Blend well.
- Divide mixture by 40, shape into balls.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, heat oil. Deep fry until the meatball is golden brown.
- Drain excess oil.

Gravy:
- Heat oil in pan and saute onions and flour.
- Add water. Stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Add cream, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.
- Add spinach and simmer for 1 minute.
- Pour gravy over the meatballs before serving.

Ingredients:
-2 Bananas
-1 and ½ cup of old fashioned rolled oats
-½ cup of any milk of your choice
-2 Eggs
-1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
-Cinnamon (optional)
-Oil

Instructions:
-With blender: Blend all of the ingredients together until completely smooth (except oil)
-Without blender: Mash the bananas in a bowl, and then add your other ingredients (except oil). Mix until well combined.
-Cook your pancakes until golden brown.

🥚EGGS X CANNED GOODS | Tortang Sardinas

Spice up your breakfast and your de lata with this quick and budget fix!

Ingredients:
-1 piece of egg
-Canned sardines
-3 tablespoons of flour
-2 tablespoons of cornstarch
-Iodized salt to taste
-½ tablespoon of fine ground pepper
-Oil of your choice

Instructions:
-Transfer sardines to a bowl, break the sardines into small pieces. Do not mash. Set aside.
-Beat eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Add all purpose flour and mix until smooth.
-Add sardines. Stir mixture until combined. Be careful not to mash the sardines.
-In a pan, heat cooking oil. Scoop about 1/3 cup sardines mixture into hot oil and pan fry over low heat until bottom turns golden, about 1-3minutes. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 1-3 minutes until golden.
-Repeat process on remaining mixture.

🥚EGGS X CANNED GOODS | Corned Beef Patties

Spice up your breakfast with this quick and budget fix!

Ingredients:
-1 piece of egg
-Canned corned beef
-3 tablespoon of flour
-Iodized salt to taste
-½ tablespoon of fine ground pepper
-Oil of your choice

Instructions:
-Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl and then canned corned beef.
-Divide the mixture in about the size of half of your palm and roll it into small balls. Flatten the mixture balls afterwards.
-Add more flour if the mixture is still watery; the mixture must retain its shape if rolled into the shape of a patty.
-Place the pan and add the oil; wait until the pan and oil is in high heat.
-Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown per side.

A-kalabasa mo lang 'yon! 😉 With today's special leche flan recipe, you can satisfy your sweet tooth while taking care of your eyes and your budget.

Ingredients:
-½ cup squash
-½ cup sweet potatoes
-½ cup potatoes
-½ cup white sugar
-1 cup condensed milk
-¾ cup cornstarch
-2 pcs eggs

Instructions:
-Boil sweet potatoes, squash, and potatoes. Once soft, transfer them onto a plate and start mashing.
-Mix the mashed vegetables, eggs, condensed milk, and cornstarch. Set aside.
-Caramelize the white sugar in a llanera. Transfer leche flan mixture into the llanera.
-Steam for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Craving for adobo? Tokwa-la ka nang hahanapin pa with this tofu-rrific and healthy adobo recipe!

TOKWA IN 3 WAYS | Adobong Tokwa

Ingredients:
-3 cubes of tokwa
-½ cup of soy sauce
-½ cup of vinegar
-½ cup of water
-4 cloves of minced garlic
-1 chopped red onion
-Oil of your choice

Instructions:
-Cut the tokwa cubes into thinner rectangular pieces of about half an inch in thickness.
-Saute garlic and onion with the oil of your choice in medium heat.
-Add water and cover the pan. Wait for 3-5 minutes until the water boils.
-Add the tokwa and the soy sauce. Mix the ingredients within the pan and cover it again for 5 minutes.
-Add the vinegar and cover it for 5-8 minutes.
-Place the adobong tokwa on top of a hot steamed cup of rice and enjoy the meal!
