Expansion is not a “safe” process; it needs room and raw energy to allow you to create.
It's going to be important to PRIORITIZE nervous system regulation.

👉🏾Make Room: You can't grow in a box; break the rules you set for yourself and give your spirit room to breathe.
👉🏾OWN YOUR Adventure: This is your life's movie; Sam and Dean didn't stay home, and neither should you.
STOP playing small. You NEED to give yourself permission to be ambitious, to be loud, and call in the things that scare you.
