Hey friends!

Ok so please remember I've moved spin this week to TOMORROW form 11:15am -12pm because I will be travelling

There will be NO SPIN ON SUNDAY

I’m holding an express 45 min class this SATURDAY from 11:15-12!!

Sunday class will be CANCELLED this week and next week as I will be out of the country.
