At the beginning of this year I was suffering with hormonal acne 🥺 (I thought that only happened as a teenager)⁣

I’m so happy with how my skin is now. I don’t think it’s ever looked as glowy and clear 😍⁣

I do not gate keep fam, these are the things I implemented 👇🏼⁣

1. Zinc – supports skin healing and reduces inflammation⁣
2. Astaxanthin – powerful antioxidant for redness and UV protection⁣
3. Cut out gluten – reduced internal inflammation and breakouts⁣
4. Tazarotene – vitamin A topical that boosts cell turnover⁣

Most people think not feeling hungry means they are “good at dieting.”⁣

But often it is actually your body in survival mode 🙃⁣

When you under eat for too long your satiety hormone, leptin, rises to protect you. It shuts down your hunger cues, not because you do not need food but because your body is trying to slow everything down⁣

It feels like control but it is actually a sign your metabolism is under stress ⁣
