I’m excited to announce a 6-week program starting in early December, designed for those wanting to learn about nutrition during pregnancy, preparing your body for labor, and building a strong, positive mindset to welcome your little one into the world.

This program can be held via Zoom or in a community center, depending on interest. My passion is to support mamas on their journey, helping them understand the importance of nutrition and mindset during pregnancy. When we nourish ourselves well, it not only benefits us but also sets us up to be the best we can be for our loved ones.

Motherhood is such a privilege—let’s make it the best experience possible!
