The class will be a progressive class meaning the intensity will change as your body adapts to the workout. This class will focus on the after burn which means your body will still be burning calories after class. It’s a mix of weights and high intensity exercises based on your fitness level. Again, the goal is to have your heart rate in that "after burn" zone. It's good for all fitness levels who want to build their cardiovascular and mobility.
