Hi, I'm Paula, a Somatic Intuitive Practitioner with years of experience in integrative approaches and healing modalities.
I offer Integrative, Intuitive, Energetic and Soul Heart Opening co-creative healing sessions that open the pores of our truth, our remembering and full expression of our Soul.
I am honoured and humbled to be offering healing and integration through somatic movement, breath, visualization, energy balancing and therapeutic touch, while guiding the body's innate wisdom into clearing and releasing core emotional imprints, and what no longer is serving the body, mind and spirit.
