A LIBRARY LOST .

There are questions I should have asked
And thoughts that I’d left unsaid
At times there words unspoken
that left many regrets instead.

My Mothers had great insight
About what life might throw at me
She had a superb wealth of knowledge
That she gave to us so willingly .

She had interesting stories to tell
Ones that I will always remember
Now without her the room is silent and still
But her voice stays with me forever .

There was some of her great wisdom
That we never got to share
It is something that I deeply regret
So the loss ,became mine to bare .

I now search for my own answers
As her wisdom to me is now lost
There can be no going back in time
It is me who must pay, the cost .
