Exciting news!! 🥳

I created a quiz called “What’s the #1 Gut Health Mistake You’re Making?” and I am happy to say it is finally LIVE! ☺️

Many of you know that for many months now I’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes on making this quiz a reality.

Early last year, I decided to expand my nursing knowledge and learned about functional nutrition/functional medicine specifically on gut health.

I’ve been struggling with gut issues like constipation, bloating, gas and abdominal pain/discomfort for most of my life. I’ve tried many things but nothing seemed to work. I’ve given up on getting rid of my symptoms thinking that I’m just one of the unlucky ones who has to “deal with them”. ☹️

I learned that aside from nutrient deficiencies and GI symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, etc, having good gut health can also protect us from obesity, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, infections, heart disease, depression, anxiety, and cancer.

When I learned about all the benefits of having optimal gut health, I made a commitment to myself to identify the root cause of my gut issues so I can address them and heal my gut once and for all.

After following a customized gut healing protocol for 6 months, I was able to resolve some of my chronic gut issues and in the process of restoring my gut back to health.

During my gut healing journey, I found there are common gut health mistakes that many of us are making and the first step to healing my gut was to become aware of the mistakes that I was making that kept me stuck in this loop of frustration and shame.

I’m soooo excited to have found a way to help others overcome their gut issues from the inside by finding the root cause of their digestive issues and healing their gut INSTEAD OF symptom control. 😀

And the BEST part is that I’m now providing hope to those who have lost hope.
