Today, May 5, 2023, JO1 Gabad shortly discussed the ill effects of cigarette smoking on the body and distributed Anti-Smoking Campaign leaflets to residents of Brgy. 310, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

The said activity is initiated to maintain a to***co-free environment as to***co use has been recognized as the major contributor to Cardio-Vascular Diseases, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), diabetes, and cancer.

The dangers of smoking and the importance of quitting!

Smoking is a major public health issue that continues to affect millions of people worldwide. It's a leading cause of preventable deaths, causing lung cancer, heart disease, stroke, and a host of other serious health problems.

To combat this epidemic, on May 1, 2023, JO1 Gabad raised awareness by giving 50 Flyers about the dangers of smoking and encouraging people to quit, because it is the best thing you can do for your health and well-being.
