✨ Big news! After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided to hit pause on my private practice for now and focus on staying home with my little one. 🤍

I am deeply grateful for the trust and support I’ve been shown and I’m truly honored to have been a part of my clients’ journeys.

For now, I’m excited to shift gears, soak up this season, and see where life takes me next. I look forward to staying connected and will share updates as the next chapter unfolds. Thank you for your understanding and support!

📣 maternity leave 📣

I am SO excited for this next season of life and our growing family. 💗

I plan to start maternity leave on Friday, March 22nd.

Return date: TBD — this is because I don’t know what life will look like 🤷🏼‍♀️ When I am ready to return to working with clients I will be sure to communicate this via email and social media.

While I am out on leave I will be checking emails periodically. 💌

Personal share- today marks one year of me being alcohol free 🫶🏻

I began becoming mindful and more curious about my drinking in 2021… asking myself questions such as:
💫 Why am I drinking?
💫 Do I actually enjoy it?
💫 Do I enjoy the taste of the drink?
💫 How does it make me feel?
💫 Am I doing this out of habit or because I genuinely want the drink?

When I slowed down and asked these questions, I found out I really didn’t enjoy drinking as much as I previously thought. As I cut back, my anxiety improved too- which was a huge benefit! 🤍

I started enjoying more nonalcoholic “fun” drinks and leaned into being present (admittedly, sometimes this felt uncomfortable but became easier with time ☺️)

Eventually, it just made sense for me and how I wanted to experience life to stop drinking all together. Now it’s been a whole year. ✨



This post is in no way trying to shame anyone who chooses to have alcohol as part of their life. Just meant to share another way of adding in mindfulness to your habits. 💕

Ever sit down to a meal feeling anxious or rushed and then wonder why your stomach is in knots? 😅
Let's dive into the magic of "rest and digest," the state of being where your body can best absorb all the nutrients you're about to offer it. 🌵🍽
When we're stressed or hurried, our bodies are in a "fight or flight" mode. 📊
In this state, digestion is not a priority for your body.
✅ By calming your nervous system before you eat, you're essentially rolling out the red carpet for all those amazing nutrients.
Calming your nervous system is SO important for nutrient absorption and digestive health.
When you're calm, you chew more slowly, which is the first and crucial step in digestion. Plus, it helps with better portion control and even enhances the flavors of your food! 🍲👌

In a world where unsolicited comments on our food choices and bodies have sadly become commonplace, let's address this head-on! ⤵️

👉🏼We've all been there – you're at a family dinner or with friends, and someone feels the need to comment on what's on your plate or how you look.

More often than not, these comments are less about you and more a reflection of their own insecurities, beliefs, or societal pressures.

It's THEM, not you. 📣

It's important to remember that while we can't control others' words, we can control our responses…

✅ Setting clear boundaries, using it as an opportunity to educate with love and understanding. And sometimes? A light-hearted response or changing the subject can redirect a conversation entirely.

Remember, your path to food freedom and body acceptance is personal, and while the external voices might be loud, your inner voice, wisdom, and strength are more potent.

Today, let's unpack a concerning issue: under fueling your body. 📉

👀Here's the deal—while social media and diet culture might glorify "less is more" when it comes to eating, your body is a complex machine that needs proper nourishment to function at its best.

Whether it's a lack of energy, mood swings, or any of the other symptoms mentioned in today's graphic, under fueling has real consequences for both your mental and physical health. 😟

Contrary to what diet culture wants us to believe, it's NOT normal to be obsessed with food 24/7, to lack energy, or to experience extreme mood swings.

If you're feeling cold all the time or experiencing brittle nails, that's your body sounding the alarm! 🚨

These signals are a cry for nourishment, a call for you to listen to your body. 👂🏼
