Hey, PLANT HEADS!

I wanted to share some exciting news about our little one, SJ. He just had his 1-year wellness checkup, and the doctor said his nutrition is “off the charts!”

During the checkup, which included the physical exam, measurements, and a developmental )assessment, (we declined all the vaccinations. Despite that, our baby boy is thriving! His hemoglobin level was 12.6, which is an amazing number considering the normal range for his age is 10-12. The doctor was very impressed with how well he’s doing.

I’m so incredibly proud. I truly believe that breastfeeding and a whole-foods lifestyle have made all the difference!

The men loved starting their morning with our cold-brewed, plant-based bottled teas, fresh-baked 3-ingredient garden bagels, and fried shroom waffles.
