When you take a step forward in the darkness you've struggled so desperately to be free of.

The step that you couldn't bare to take in fear of the disappointment that you would be trapped in your own toxic, negative thinking that has been mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically killing you. Darkness refusing to let you go. Refusing to let you move forward.

The same darkness that you've been trapped in for so long that it became your bestest of friends.

It is the place that has robbed you of your joy and your peace🕊

The place that has stolen your identity and taken away your very breathe that has been drowning you in and .

The place that has never made you feel so #ａｌｏｎｅ .

That place where the black stallion of and has you and no matter how hard you try, you continue to loose the to defeat it.

In that very moment...in that very step you realize that all this time you have never truly been alone.

In that moment you realize that the step that you just took turned into the light that shone for someone else who has been living in that same darkeness.

Suddenly the eyes to the window of their soul...the light in them that faded in their brokenness began to shine again...brighter than ever before!



I you to take that first step. Step out of your darkness, step out of your depression, to a loved one. I . You are never alone in the dark, even if you can't see the thousands standing next to you❤️

I did a ! 6inches off....I think perhaps I will even go shorter🤔

Today I did my hair and put on make up to try and cover up the sadness. If you been feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and wondering how you will get through this winter. Just know that you are not alone, but together we can do this. Please don't be a stranger. I love all my friends and family near and far.

Remember that our struggles make us stronger. Even when you cannot feel it know that your Creator is always with you.. The God who loves you, the Saviour who died for you is molding you, teaching you and waiting for you to realize that you can trust Him. That despite how you feel...all will be well💕

Many of us have been hit with the worst years of our lives these past few years through covid. Me being one of them.

I have more lessons to learn, more wounds to heal, more moments to live in the present and a God who will never give up on me. Just tell yourself all will be well... and one day...in my heart I know that this to shall pass. Healing from trauma and past hurts is a process. Its okay to put yourself first, its okay to love you, it's okay to ask for help❤️
