I wanted to post some photos of my meals & snacks, to show what I am eating by following the portion control nutritional plan.

-No tracking Calories
-Easy to follow
-No weighing out your food
-perfect size portions for you

I eat surprisingly more food following this plan than before.
I used to believe cutting down on how much food I was eating was the way to get results. Now I realise this is not true.

My Rainbow pots 🌈

- Have you heard the saying 80% food and 20% exercise?
This is most definitely true!
I post about my workouts on a daily basis, but one thing I don’t talk about enough is my nutrition.
When I first started working out I thought I could eat whatever foods I wanted as I was working out therefore burning it all off 🤷🏻‍♀️
I quickly realised that wasn’t the case.
These pots help to provide portion control to my diet. They ensure I eat enough food to fuel my body, and also the right foods that will help me to get the results I want from my workouts.
They couldn’t be easier to use, they are colour coded so I know which food goes in which pot. All I had to do was work out my amounts of each pot per day.
They can help you to achieve your goal, whether It be weight loss, maintaining or building muscle.
These pots are not a diet but a healthier lifestyle that is simple to follow and stick too. 😊

This 4 week program I am doing at the moment is a little out of my comfort zone, not my usual style of workouts. But I must admit I am starting to see changes already ,and it’s pushing me to keep going and start the next level on Monday for 6 weeks! 😊💪🏻

My daily workout has kept me going these past few weeks. Some days I put it off and make excuses, but once it’s done I feel so much better and it puts me in a better mood for the rest of the day!.
I Don’t know where I would be without having access to these workouts right now, never have I appreciated it more than I do at the moment.
The new program I have been following came just at the right time, I am currently on week 4 of 6!.

Hi everyone, so there is a brand new workout program coming out very soon! The main theme is boxing with 2 lifting days, as well as body conditioning using resistance bands. It is very low impact so will be good for most people!. I have been lucky enough to try the sample workout!.
