Praise God for the rain, this Texas heat is hot!
We are looking forward to Fall, and your Mount Sinai Temple Wellness Ministry has just the thing to get you ready with your "Saturday at 6 in the morning; Extreme Exercise Bootcamp: for the Physically Fit- Challenge!
Mark your calendars for Saturdays after the 4th, only in July! That is July the 12th, 19th, and 26th, from 6:00a sharp -7:00a.
Meet us in the gym right here on campus, and come ready to work. Our very own, Sis. Katrina Hall is leading this effort of extraordinary exertion; so bring your towel, water bottle, mat, and weights, and come ready to enjoy a 50 min, high intensity workout (inside & outside).
Remember, together is better, so bring a friend!
