If you constantly think about food, feel uncomfortable in your body, or battle a harsh inner voiceโyouโre not alone. ๐
So many women are silently carrying the weight of food guilt, body shame, and self-criticism. Iโm creating something to help you feel calm around food, more in tune with your bodyโs needs, and genuinely kinder to yourself.
But before I finalize it, I want to hear from you.
I work with women who feel stuck in a tug-of-war with food, their body, and their inner critic. They often eat to soothe stress or overwhelmโalmost automaticallyโand later feel guilt or frustration about what or how much they ate.
On the outside, they may seem confident. Inside, theyโre drained by body anxiety, food rules, and the constant search for weight loss that leaves them feeling like a failure.
Theyโre ready for something differentโto feel more comfortable in their own skin, more at ease with food, and to quiet that relentless inner critic.
If any of this sounds like you, Iโd love to hear your thoughts. ๐ฌ
And if someone comes to mind, feel free to share this with them too.
