If you constantly think about food, feel uncomfortable in your body, or battle a harsh inner voiceโ€”youโ€™re not alone. ๐Ÿ’›

So many women are silently carrying the weight of food guilt, body shame, and self-criticism. Iโ€™m creating something to help you feel calm around food, more in tune with your bodyโ€™s needs, and genuinely kinder to yourself.

But before I finalize it, I want to hear from you.

I work with women who feel stuck in a tug-of-war with food, their body, and their inner critic. They often eat to soothe stress or overwhelmโ€”almost automaticallyโ€”and later feel guilt or frustration about what or how much they ate.

On the outside, they may seem confident. Inside, theyโ€™re drained by body anxiety, food rules, and the constant search for weight loss that leaves them feeling like a failure.

Theyโ€™re ready for something differentโ€”to feel more comfortable in their own skin, more at ease with food, and to quiet that relentless inner critic.

And still, nothing works.
I've had the same experience.

Iโ€™d tried "EVERYTHING" and desperately wanted to know what I should be doing differently. I felt like I was doing all the โ€œrightโ€ things to be healthy and yet I was constantly starting over again and again.

- The scale somehow defines our worth and identity,
