Belly Hazen is closing up shop. If you ever need anything, you know how to find me. Thank you for your interest, encouragement and business for a short time or over the years. Heartspace Healing Arts Center is alive and well, continuing to make broad and beautiful offerings to our community. I returned my little corner to Andrea Thibaudeau this week, trusting she will work her magic touch to reclaim and transform the space. Admittedly it was a sad day for both of us. I'll likely still see many of you over there and do hope that the gift you gave me to branch out in this creative and nourishing way, also served you somehow. Sending Ganesha's blessings deep and wide. Eat well, stay well and care bigger!

Belly Hazen's wish for the New Year is to serve you and your needs. If you are interested in getting fresh made kefir or yogurt from local A2 cows, contact me at bellyhazen@gmail.com or call (802)279-9411 so I can increase my milk supply in months to come. Goat milk will be back in the spring. Any spice mixes needed for qualities showing up for you this winter... check out our shelves after the new year for these and an occassional healthy treat.

Belly Hazen is closing out the year with composted and mulched gardens outside the door, a bubbling crock of green sauerkraut/mildly spiced in our living room and red cabbage waiting on the sidelines for the alchemy of fermentation when that is complete. Ghee, krauts, kombucha and spices are available at Heartspace Yoga Center on Eastern Avenue in St. Johnsbury during open hours. Payment can be left under Ganesha on the Apothecary shelves or I take orders by phone with delivery options. Andrea not back yet, so how about we hope for a Ganesha to pop-in (with cake, new ferments, spices and other goodies) Friday, Oct 8th? Let’s see if the birthday girl could use some a celebratory reunion with her peeps.

Ganesha is coming out of retreat and is planning on popping in at Heartspace when Andrea gets back from Maine -- we'll wrap her in the warmth with some chai and a belated birthday treat. Perhaps next Friday, Oct. 1st? We'll see if she is back and ready to have us. I have already stocked the fridge with a kimchi and radish ferment... hopefully to be joined by a Pure Shiva Kraut that's been in the crock. Find me at www.donnaomalley.org

It's hot here in VT, 73 already! All the more reason to extend my birthday celebration and wear my birthday suit while getting ready! 😁
