This made so much sense when I heard it…

I like to say I sleep like I’m paid to and I invest in getting better at it by learning as much as I can and using products that really move the needle in the zzzzzzz direction.

I loved having from (company handle) on the Better podcast this week. Learning about brain health during midlife is key to winning in all other areas - sleeping like a queen, managing stress, building muscle, managing my metabolism…the list goes on.
