I was confused, overwhelmed, and caught in between —
but I wasn’t willing to accept that this was just my life now.
There was a fire in me that never went out.
Not because I felt strong —
but because something in me refused to stop searching for the real answer.
Eventually, I stopped asking:
“What’s wrong with my body?”
And started asking:
“What is my body responding to?”
That question is how I got my life and health back.
It shifted everything.
I stopped chasing fixes
and started changing how I related to my symptoms, my fear, and my life.
This wasn’t about fixing my body.
It was about creating enough safety for my body to stop staying on high alert.
And once I understood that, I didn’t stop.
Not until my life came back.
If you recognize yourself in this and you’re still searching —
Your body isn’t asking for another fix.
It’s asking for an inner shift.
