Chronic symptoms are not a sign that your body is broken.
Your body is always working to repair and return to balance.
That’s what it’s designed to do.
But healing only completes when the brain and body get the signal that it’s safe.
If the subconscious pattern connected to the symptom is still running, the body keeps getting the message that it’s not safe to finish the healing process.
So the body starts to heal…
then the pattern signals danger…
and the healing response gets interrupted.
I like to describe it like a cut that keeps get bumped and re-opens, starting the healing process all over again.
This is what chronic symptoms are.
Not a body that can’t heal.
A healing process that keeps getting stopped before it can complete.
You can change food, supplements, routines, and treatments…
but if the subconscious pattern doesn’t change, the body keeps getting the same signal.
Your body already knows how to heal.
The only thing stopping it is the pattern telling it that it isn’t safe yet.
