بس هو بدأ شغله من بدري، بيمسح، بيرتب، بيخلي المكان جاهز لكل مريض جاي يتعالج.

يمكن محدش يعرف اسمه… بس كل الناس شايفه أثره.

كل موظف جديد في EHFS، سواء كان عامل نظافه أو فني صيانه أو فني مغسله أو وييتر او مراقب امن ، أول خطوة ليه مش في الموقع علطول… أول خطوة في قاعة التدريب.
هناك بيتعرف على معنى الخدمة، السلامة، مكافحة العدوى والجودة اللي بنعيشها كل يوم.

من عامل النظافة، للمشرف، للمهندس… كل واحد بيمر بتدريب عملي ونظري، لأننا مؤمنين إن النجاح مش صدفة، النجاح استعداد.
وبعدها يبدأ شغله بثقة، لأنه عارف إن وراه منظومة بتدعمه وتطوره كل يوم.

EHFS… بنبني فرق بتتعلم علشان تقدر، مش بس تشتغل.
