🔄 Junk food fuels chronic illness → Pharma profits from lifelong meds

This is your weekly reminder:- The harder you train, the more you need to optimize for recovery. (keep reading⬇️)
Training doesn't make you stronger. It makes you weaker. 😔
Strength from training is only built once you allow your body to rest & recover.
Recovery comes in two forms. Inside & outside the gym.
1️⃣Inside the gym - 🔆Use a periodized training program that has heavy, medium and light intensity & volume days or weeks.
🔆 Almost always include a Deload week.
2️⃣Outside the gym - Focus on the fundamentals such as proper sleep, nutrition, massage, stretching, epsom salt bath. Periodically take a whole week off from your training & engage in some outdoor activities.
⁉️What type of training and recovery have you found most beneficial for your progress? Or are you a team all gas no brakes? 🤔

If you are working or have kids.. prepping your meals in advance can be really helpful.
How to start:-
1. Fruits- Chop 2 or 3 different varrieties of fruits and store. ✅
2. Veggies - wash, chop, marrinate & store them in an air tight container. All you have to do is bake/sautee whenever you want. ✅
3. Protien- cook in advance. Atleast one for everyday lunch. ✅
4. Salad - Just mix your favorite veggies together and store them. I used cucumber, tomatoes, corn, carrots. ✅
Boom👊
I like eggs, legumes and grains fresh.. 🙃
