Hello, summer!

I welcome you to attend as well to share widely about this free yoga in the park series that begins Tuesday, July 2nd, in Surrey, BC.

I, Julia, will be alternating facilitating free yoga sessions at Hawthorne Park throughout July and August. Any donations will go directly to supporting Moving Forward Family Services and their mission of providing accessible mental health services.
