This coming week, most of my appointments are for Reflexology treatments 👣🥰 Did you know that Reflexology is a vary balancing and calming treatment. My clients feel so deeply relaxed, that they often fall asleep 😴 💤

One of the unique features of my Reflexology treatments are that I blend an Aromatherapy cream and do a foot massage before and after the Reflexology. And clients take their individually blended creams home 🏡

🥰 I gave myself the weekend off from any client bookings as I'm celebrating an amazing milestone in my career. Most of you will know that alongside my Holistic therapy business, my main job is a lecturer in health sciences and I am also a midwife 👩‍🏫👩‍⚕️ I'm incredibly proud that it is 25 years since I started my career journey as a student midwife 🥳

Have you ever wondered how Reflexology works? It is an ancient healing therapy which is based on the theory that the whole body systems and organs are mapped on the feet 👣
When a therapist stimulates certain pressure points on the feet during a Reflexology treatments, this sends energy pulses and healing to areas in the body 🥰

My clients are treated to a luxurious Aromatherapy massage on their feet before and after their Reflexology treatment 🪻🌷🌻 And they get to take their Aromatherapy blended cream home afterwards

Serenity to Flourish is spending time in nature 🌻☀️🌊 I've been on holiday in Orkney and I've really enjoyed finding peace, calm and serenity in nature

I'll be back to work tomorrow and will answer any emails and messages then. I literally unplug my computer when I'm on holiday 🖥 and I don't have work emails on my phone!

🥳🥳 More exciting news....I'm increasing my treatment menu from 1st July. Some of my clients have been asking for longer treatments so.....

🥰 I will be offering 40 minute back, neck and shoulder massages and 45 minute full back of body massage (back of legs,back, arms, neck and shoulders).
