Spring is coming. The other day I saw a flock of Robins, Canadian geese returning in ther Northward bound "V" formations . Yesterday I saw beautiful cardinals at the bird feeder.
This time of the year used to mean the beginnings of allergy season for me until I started adding Alfalfa to my supplements. This year, since I am also wanting to lose some weight, I took Dr. Chaney' s advice to detox first and added Liver Detox and Herblax as well.
I have recently celebrated my 78th birthday in good health. Amazingly I am still singing with the choir, soloing with my performing club and working as a care giver for others. 38 years on Shaklee supplements have been a blessing for my life.
