💪💦 Don't let muscle pain hold back your gains! 💪💪💪 Here are 7 common mistakes that could be causing those aches and pains after a good workout

1. Dehydration: Oops, turns out we're not drinking enough water! Staying hydrated helps keep our muscles happy and reduces the risk of cramps.

2. Ignoring warm-up: Who needs warm-up, right? Well, skipping it actually increases the chances of muscle strain and injury. So, take those few extra minutes before your workout and warm up those muscles!

3. Ignoring cool-down: We get it, after a good workout, all we want is a shower and a snack. But skipping the cool-down can lead straight into muscle soreness and stiffness. So, make sure those muscles get the cool-down they deserve.

5. Without proper recovery: Rest and recovery are just as important as the actual workout. Not giving our muscles enough time off can lead us straight into pain and burnout. So, take those rest days seriously!

6. Muscle pain: Oops, it seems we've been neglecting our stretches. Stretching is important for flexibility and helps prevent muscle pain and injury. So, don't forget those post-workout stretches!

7. Cramps: Ah, the painful reminder.lack of electolyts can be a culprit here.
