Are you new to resistance training and want to give it a try?
Resistance training has many benefits from increased bone density, increased muscle and strength, it supports posture, mobility and flexibility as well as helping with weight management. Alongside all of the physical benefits mentioned there are huge benefits to mental well being from boosting confidence, improving body image and mood.
