Best 'omelet' made with local green chickpea flour from . Wow! So delicious! And stuffed with local mushrooms, onions, spinach and cilantro along side a slice of toasted olive loaf--all from the Port Royal Farmers' Market. We're living our best Lowcountry life!

This taco salad was lick your plate yummy. 😋

Made a taco neat with pumpkin seeds, soaked sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, chili powder and cumin. And made a dressing with h**p seeds, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, steamed sweet potato, garlic, salt, pepper and water.

Everyday should be taco Tuesday! Xoxo It kind of is with me. It's not a day without cilantro and a lil avocado.
