There's no obligation or pressure to do so + I have no expectations from it. I simply enjoy the PROCESS. This creative outlet is something I have wished for + feel so grateful to have tapped into it!

Learning to TRUST that the more I prioritize rest + taking care of my precious energy, the more successful + creative I become.

I've certainly come a long way from my days 🙌🏼

But the hustle mindset was so deeply programmed within me, there are still layers of guilt to work through.

Layers of limiting beliefs
Seeds of self doubt
Lies of perfection

All of which has linked my productivity to my worthiness.
