- Stability & balance
- Improves the horse’s body awareness
- Variation to training
- Stimulates individual muscles as well as large muscle groups
- Strength building
- Activates proprioceptors
- Improved body posture

How does it work? 💭
When your horse stands on the balance pads, it will activate all the proprioceptors in the body, these are located on the nerve endings in the muscles, tendons, joints, skin and inner ear. This will help improve balance and body posture.
Standing on the balance pads “forces” the stabilising muscles to activate, strengthening them. It helps not only specific muscles, but entire muscle groups in general such as the core.
