My sisters and I would like to ask for your prayers for our parents, Toney Hicks and Doris Hicks. This is day 8 of our dad’s Covid diagnosis and he is very sick! Mom took him to the ER for a chest X-ray today and he has pneumonia. They have admitted him to the ICU at Parkridge East and told mom to cross her fingers, to which she replied, “I don’t cross my fingers, I pray!” Mom has a number she can call to get updates and we will try to keep everyone posted. Please pray for mom too. She started coughing yesterday and has some sinus symptoms, but has not been tested for Covid yet. Please pray that she can get some much needed rest. They have been married 51 years and are hardly ever apart.
