365 Days to a New Me 1 year of no sugar, no gluten & the http://tlsslim.com program! Reset on 3/19...had an up and down time! I lost a total of 42 pounds and over 30 inches! Thanks!

Starting 3/19 - I am embarking on part three of my journey to health. (part two was stunted and a struggle - had so many "resets" it was like hitting my snooze button - well the snooze button is off!)

Here''s what I'm committing to:

No refined sugars, no gluten. Doing the Transitions Lifestyle Weight Loss plan with my health coach Jorji Jett. For those of you who are new to following me - My first 365 Days to a new me was a great success. During that journey I eliminated sugar, gluten and cheese from my diet - successfully - with no cheating. I'm healthier, have more energy to live my life, my self-confidence is incredibly boosted and the resolve I was able to have in my first 365 days has spurred me on to take on a second year - with a more structured diet to lose the remainder of weight I need to lose. Thank you for following my journey and I invite you to join me too if you are working on yourself. Hi friends and followers! I've been "quiet" for so long - both blogging and on here...and if I'm honest - not so good on the healthy side. I'm now back off of sugar and gluten - thankfully and have made some changes - and have some bigger changes coming soon!
First change - the name of my blog, twitter handle etc... is now: Every Day a New Me - the 365 was great for the first year and needed at the time I was in in my life, but really, this is an EVERY DAY process and choosing to be healthy in ALL areas of my life - not just food and exercise.
So, over the next few days I'll be updating/revamping the blog - I've started a new page as I cannot change the name of this one - so please "like" it over here: http://facebook.com/EveryDayANewMe

The big challenge coming up.... Saturday June 9th - I'm doing a "Just do 2" challenge a friend of mine started which is really about moving every day. It's a 100 day challenge - I decided to up the ante and add the Primal Blueprint as I've really wanted to switch my lifestyle and this plan is great for it! I've got a few friends joining along in the 100 days - so if you want to too - sign on! We can encourage each other. I'll be posting pictures, recipes and definitely blogging every day!

All right - so this pancreas/liver issues is no fun. Haven't been eating much - and what I am eating is uber healthy. Have to do small amounts to avoid pain. With other symptoms though - I'm not really hungry.

All right, nothing quite like a health scare to kick your butt into SERIOUS gear! So - some issues with my liver and pancreas have been causing the abdominal pain/distress - looks like partly due to my insulin resistance. So, an uber low fat, low animal fat, low carb diet is the future for me and lots of exercise.

Special shout out thanks to my health coach Jorji and my friend Sandra who are going to begin work outs with me. I've missed working out and this is definitely motivation - not the kind one wants - but motivation nonetheless.

Gott say - thought I'd be starving only doing liquids today. But I'm not - this abdominal stuff has me feeling full. Yuck.

My body is not happy with me. I'm going to just do liquids today and hope this pain goes away. I've got to get back to the ultra healthy/natural way I was eating for so long!

This year has been crazy so far! Tons of travel, incredible amounts of work. I'll be honest - because of it all - I've been off. It's been hard to find my momentum. I'm starting another detox week today. Definitely needed. Here's hoping it helps clear my mind, purge the system and kick starts the momentum again! I leave for a cruise a week from today so I need to stay strong!
