Ever since (literally the day) Uranus moved into Gemini, people I am remotely linked to have been receiving a letter in the post claiming I am in danger. I’m not (from the subject of the letter anyway, the sender on the other hand remains to be seen…) but since they’re onto their second wave of sends, I thought I’d save them some postage and just publish it all for you myself (with the names blocked out, because I’m not like them, or to quote my beloved Kendrick Lamar, they not like us):

Today marks three years since I started offering paid tarot, psychic & astrology readings. I remember thinking I was an ecommerce success story because I made three sales in my first 24hrs, I had no idea just how wild, wonderful and what the f*ck the journey was going to get.

My third year was my slowest, quietest and most intentional year yet. I closed my Etsy shop, moved most of my offerings to Zoom sessions, stopped producing most of my social media content (I'm always active on my daily stories though, in the moment, like life should be), started and closed a school and pulled it all back into my own name.

Everything I do is me, it's my heart and soul, I don't need a brand and I am not my brand. I am always me. That trip home to yourself is one of the best adventures of your life.

If you just looked at the figures, you'd be able to call 2023 a failure and I'm ok with that. It was my winter season, where I gave myself the space to be able to review, reflect and reclaim some of the things I love and let go of the things I don't. I've created a more conscious, connected and creative energetic foundation to move forward with and it's only the beginning.

I always pull a card to set the tone for my business' year ahead, and what better energy to take into 2024 and my fourth year of business than the Wheel of Fortune. The Wheel of Fortune aligns with Jupiter (the planet of good fortune, growth, expansion, blessings and all those kinds of things).

It's a sign of those ever changing cycles, and usually has quite a bit of good luck and big changes that are usually for your greater good.

It's also Summer Solstice here in Australia, and less than a month before Pluto moves into Aquarius so I'm LOVING the way the light is reflecting on the Aquarius side of the wheel here. We might all need to wear sunglasses in 2024 because there's going to be so much bright light shining on, for and from us.

✨December Astrology✨
This is actually all pretty good, there are absolutely zero surprises here and for a lot of us, it's just about making a slight mental shift under some energy that may be putting a bit of pressure on us.

New Moon in Sagittarius (Dec 12) just remember our mutable fire sign Sagittarius is represented by The Archer so a lot of the wisdom, optimism and expansion associated with this sign (and it's moon phases) are often tied to that concept of an arrow needing to be pulled backwards in order to propel forwards. With Jupiter still in Ta**us, we're going to really start feeling committed to making our dreams and goals (even the loftier “shoot for the stars” kind of ones) our reality some how, some way, some day and getting a deeper appreciation for how all the puzzle pieces have been coming together.

Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius & Capricorn (Dec 13 - Jan 1) Mercury can often unearth obstacles and opportunities in our path, particularly during a retrograde, it just isn't very subtle about it. Mercury only takes about 88 days to do a lap around the sun, so this energy does move fast and that in itself can be a little disconcerting. This Mercury Retrograde is likely to bring some truths front and centre for us, and this time, we might just be ready to take the plunge and lean right into it. It's also going to really be looking at our goals, our wealth (both the stuff you can count and the stuff you can't) and what's worth it, what's not, and what the long term goal is.

Mars is also now in Sagittarius, and will be until the 4th of January and it should already be making things feel better, bigger and brighter. Within us, if it isn't real we aren't going to want anything to do with it. Venus is also in Scorpio which will amplify our emotions and what (or who) we're passionate about. It's the kind of energy that will work us if we don't work with it, and it can make some of those things we don't want around us like impulsivity, jealousy and trust issues “worse” but it's not Venus, it's not Scorpio it's the fact that those feelings are already there and Scorpio doesn't leave stones unturned or skeletons in closets.

There's actually some really big opportunities to make progress here, but it will mean being incredibly real and raw.

Our heads are going to be all “oh it's end of year, it's the holidays, it's fun I'm not dealing with any of this now" but our heart and soul may interrupt and say “oh hi, I am”.

The Full Moon in Cancer on Dec 26 is going to really amplify for us that we can't hustle from the heart. That we could build an entire empire, amass stupid amounts of wealth, have every material thing we need and reach every goal we set but it doesn't make us feel happy or fulfilled. Cancer can be emotional, it can be dramatic, but one thing Cancer cannot do is fake it. If it's being felt, it will be known under this moon. Cancer is also deeply nurturing so this energy can and will feel a bit like a much needed hug at times.

Happy 08/08. Often known as "Lionsgate" (because it's Leo season and also in the middle of when Sirius, the Sun and Orien's constellation align between 26 July and 12 August), August 8, is always significant to people who love numerology because of the double digits and the fact that 8 is such a power number. 8 represents infinity and has so much energy around goals, manifestation and abundance.

This Lionsgate is particularly emphatic because we now have Aries - the first sign of the zodiac - in the North Node. It's a double dose and opportunity for “new year, new me” for humanity. It's a big energetic reset and great day for setting those manifestations.

Today, listen to Florence & The Machine's "The Dog Days Are Over" and let the sunshine hit your skin while you think about all the things that make you magic and magnificent, and set the kind of goals that truly set your soul on fire.

Not the goals that just make you rich. Not the goals that just impress other people. Not the goals that just make sense. The goals that make you feel alive and like this is what you're on this planet to do.

And if you don't know what those goals are, start imagining what you'd do if I came up with all the money and resources in the world to make whatever you want happen without any issues. Including providing for and looking after any kids, pets or other obligations. What would you ask for for you?

Another way to look at this is to imagine what your day would look like and what you'd think was special if you were the only person left on the planet. If you'd just lie on the beach all day, what would you do? Read? Paint? Write? Would you prefer to spend your days indoors baking?

Start dreaming and once you get into the energy of those kind of scenarios, think about how you can work some of that into your daily grind.

PS you can't make my life up. Sirius is super significant to the Ancient Egyptians, who we all know I love, but it's also called the "dog star" because it's the brightest star in the Canis Major constellation which literally translates to "greater dog" or "big dog".

I've been telling people in their readings + my content lately to think back to that Autumn/Spring period of 2021 because we're bringing a lot of things full circle now. It's time for a reintroduction. Some creators do this because they get new followers but I actually culled mine recently, so there's no new faces but there's a new Chelsea every day as I grow and evolve.

I've never been one to do things like everyone else does. I don't try to be different, I just am and after four freaking LONG decades on this planet I am finally embracing that.

My Dad was psychic too and I've been mentored through developing my own gifts and learning the real ways of the world by him and other members of his family on the other side.

I've been called a witch many times by many people and they're not wrong. I've had owls in my house more than once and don't get surprised when I see them in the daytime either. I find more feathers in a year than most people find in their lifetime. I speak signs from The Universe like it's a language in itself (it is) and my ability to bridge the real world and the spiritual realm means I give really good guidance to those ready to step into this adventure themselves.

I'm a storyteller at heart but my tales are rooted deep in raw, unapologetically authentic truth and often served with a side of prophecy.

Here are some other fun facts about me:
- I will choose dogs over anyone or anything any day.
- I used to be petrified of birds, now they're how I get a lot of my psychic insight.
- I listen to everything from hip hop and rap to death metal and many artists and genres in between, including country and bagpipes.
- My birthday runs during Imbolc, the Celtic/pagan festival that honours spring in the northern hemisphere and one of my favourite goddesses Brigid.
- I'm the daughter of a Halloween born Scorpio (this is what I mean when I say sorcery is in my soul)
- I'm an Aquarius Sun, Ta**us Moon & Aries rising.
- I know that everything is going to be so much better than ok.

When I was 7, I wrote to the Tooth Fairy (that's Lady Tooth Fairy to you) telling her I don't want money I want magic.

First of all, manifestation is real. Pretty sure 7 year old Chelsea would be fu***ng STOKED because not only did I get my own magic but now I basically write letters giving magic to other people. I don't want to steal Lady Tooth Fairy's thunder here, but I kind of became her by my own definition.

Also, look at me setting the table with flowers while I'm calling in my magic. Basically casting spells while I was still learning to write.

This will be easier for my fellow Australian followers, but every time I see a cockatoo I smile at it and tell it I want some magic and guaranteed something good will happen. Quite quickly too. You should try it. See what kind of magic you can call in.

I think this might be my favourite review I've ever gotten. And not just because I was praised so beautifully AND invited to go deeper on my Feather Show & Tell.

I think it's my favourite because THIS kind of energy is my kind of energy. This is the energy I try to hold for myself, and the energy I like to have in my life.

I love someone who can be so real and so raw with themselves that they have a big feeling (and being truly, authentically seen is something a lot of us struggle with) but also have the dedication to themselves on their path that they were able to sit with that feeling, understand that feeling and accept that feeling.

They were able to acknowledge where they felt vulnerable, own that, and let it exist without letting it control them.

Not everyone can do this.

Or, rather, not everyone WILL do this. We all can if we are willing to do the work. There's no singular definition of what the work is and what the blocks are towards us doing it because there's so many factors at play here. Some people's experiences and/or circumstances genuinely make it harder for them. External attitudes make it hard too because facing yourself when there's stigma or invalidating energy is a whole other side of hard.

Hard, but not impossible.

It's time to be seen. First by yourself, then by the world.
