Honestly, messages and comments like this get me bothered. 😒😒 The only thing not human about me is my work ethic.
✨ I have been a work in progress, creating my best self, and molding my journey since 2014. *starting with CrossFit HAHAHAH*
✨I recently dedicated SIXTEEN MONTHS to adding mass/reverse dieting.
✨ I force fed myself 3500 calories a day to grow.
✨ I’ve worked my BUTT off in the gym 4-5 days a week making every rep and set count.
✨ I had to get COMFORTABLE being UNCOMFORTABLE. 🤰🏽 (literally how I felt during the height of my bulk lol)
I gave up partying every weekend, and late night drunk food. I gave up going out to eat every other day, or indulging in my fave sweets all the time. I found MY balance of treating myself, but also LOVING the foods I do put into my body.
You want to look like me? Do it. 👽
You can’t get what you don’t have and not give up something you do.
So, instead of telling me you want what I have, find what you need to sacrifice to have it. 🏆
Stop wishing upon a ⭐️, and start doing more.

Left: January 20 Right: this morning. I am so glad I have a coach who started me in off season instead of diving right into prep. We put on a good amount of muscle, got my calories up and metabolism firing🔥. Now that we are in prep I am already tightening up and still feeling great! Can’t wait to see what these next few weeks bring💕! And 1 week until the Arnold🤗!!

A funny long story of my life and how I changed my body shape 👉🏽I was a gymnast kid for 8 years back in KURDISTAN. but still had a very small shoulders ( cuz my b***s were huge always 👿 and of course genetic!) , had big quads but flat ass also! 🤮🤮 But my sister!! 🔥Always tune , beautiful and tall! Just like a 🧜‍♀️ everyone used to give her lots of compliments for her shape and beauty ( I was jealous tho, lol) and Hard to believe that I was always at the corner. One day I decided to switch to fitness(⚠️of course wrong!) and quit the gymnastic for ever (still very wrong decision to totally quit!) to make a better body! You may not believe but I didn’t have a coach but figured out on google and other Medias that if I eat like a pig and workout my favorite muscles like an animal I can make them tune and the size I want! So I started taking it seriously and not skip even one day shoulder or legs! And again you may not believe that the only thing I did to change was shoulder and legs/glutes for TWO‼️ years! And Every other day rest. I changed it while I was living in front of mirror, And hanging a picture of (My role model and dream body👸🏼)on the wall. Every single day after workout I compared my body with Jlo in mirror and I said to myself: “not yet!”‼️ I used to wear big shirts and baggy jeans jus to hide my body cuz I hated it! But after couple years I was getting lots of compliments ab my shoulders and glutes!! Even people asked me to guide them how to workout!! And that day I figured out that I made it! I changed it! Isn’t it funny? Now I’m competing and my coach tells me that I can be one of the bests in this category! I don’t shy anymore, I don’t hide it anymore even sometimes get nervous at gym that I take too much attention 😂 how crazy is body and mind when you set the goal and focus on it. I’m not perfect but I’m my best. But the goal is being the best of the stage. I don’t want to be my only competition ! I wanna compete with the most beautiful gym hard workers in the world not only me! I already have bit myself.

This is what an extra 95g of carbs in 4 weeks will do to ya and I’m not mad about it. 🍑 In addition to zee glutes blowing up, more importantly my internal systems are turning back on. For a while I felt like my body was running inefficiently & systems were shutting down. Then I felt as if a switch was flipped & my body kicked into overdrive. Alas, I discovered cruise control. I set the pace but then my body does the driving. 🚗 🚦Working with has been a huge blessing and paramount to my body’s ability to make these changes. He inquires about hunger, energy & strength levels each week which has given me a new awareness of my body’s feedback that I didn’t have before. As a very novice competitor I didn’t know what was normal vs not normal to feel and thus didn’t give much credit to warning signs that certain systems weren’t functioning properly. Today I’m feeling grateful to have a thoughtful, thorough & trustworthy coach, to be part of an inspiring team that I’m eager to get to the know the members of , and of the mental/physical gains bruh 🤙🏻✨🙏🏻🖤

REAL & RAW for our first transformation post EVER.
I never post stuff like this & try to keep my social media as clean as possible, but I have been getting so many questions from girls lately about my workouts and "diet" so I want to be as real as possible with you guys.

This morning was check-in day with coach and DANG have we made some gains over the past couple weeks. This did not come from increased cardio and a major change in diet - I actually haven't touched a cardio machine in 3 weeks and have increased my carbs weekly since starting this plan.
Has this been easy? NOT AT ALL. I was that girl with the "no days off" mentality and did some sort of cardio at least 4 times a week.
I have always been my own worst critic and never thought I "transformed" like others or made as much progress as I should. This post is to show you that your life doesn't need to be restricted.
You don't have to live in the gym 24/7.
You don't have to do hours of cardio & you definitely don't have to follow a fad diet to make major gains.
Find what works for YOUR body, trust the process, and I promise you're going to see results.
Thank you for believing in me and forcing me out of my comfort zone.

Hey there abs when did you join the party😏
Week 3 of this little cut and honestly I’m loving the challenge!💪🏼
( even when I’m moaning about cutting on over 300 carbs lol🤦🏼‍♀️)
I’ve been trying to gain weight for so long that refocusing my attention on ‘healthier’ food sources like quorn, veggies and fruit rather than cookies for the calories is really refreshing🤗
Obviously every day includes at least some chocolate (I’ll never let u go♥️) but I’d definitely lost sight of how a healthy diet can help your energy levels, skin, hair, digestion...
Definitely an example of how easy it is to over complicate health!👀
So my goals for the week-
Workout hard, eat well, drink your water and keep smiling💪🏼
What’s your goal at the moment?💞
