If you’re feeling tense about what and how much you will be eating during the holidays, you’re not alone. Holidays trigger a lot of feelings for people, especially about food.
Even though it’s common to feel guilty about eating, it’s NOT normal.
Normal eating includes eating healthy, high nutrient foods and fun foods. It includes overeating and under-eating at times. Normal eating doesn’t include guilt over what or how much is eaten, because eating tends to even out over time.
