for example… if your practitioner is telling you to cut out all sugars/carbs (like the candida diet 🤮) or is putting you on a BUNCH of random vitamins & skincare… girl RUN 🏃‍♀️

your diet and supplement regimen needs to be specific and strategic for YOU but also manageable for long periods of time.

this is not to say the oura ring is a bad option! I think it’s the next best option to a BBT thermometer! 🌡️

I personally don’t mind spending 30 seconds right when I wake up to take my temperature with my but for some people, this is a struggle because they always forget. In this case, the oura ring might be a better option for you but it’s not meant to be a fertility tracker so expect some small errors and inconsistency!
