キャロル フランクの誕生は1975年。パリの高級住宅街17区でサロンを主宰していたキャロル フランク女史が一度の施術で最大限の効果を期待する目の超えた顧客たちに、もっと満足してもらいたい…、という強い思いから化粧品づくりをスタートしたのがきっかけです。サロンに訪れるお客様は、十人十色。例えば、トラブルに見舞われた緊急レスキューとして。晴れの日に向けてさらに磨きをかけるための集中お手入れとして…など、
