Ok. Today is May 1st. Let’s start this journey to getting healthy.
Today’s tasks:
1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water! That’s about 4 Water bottles
2. NO SUGAR
3. Plank for at least 20 minutes twice a day!

We are in this together. Let’s do this!

I want to personally locate 10 pounds before the end of the month of May. Starting May 1st I will post something for us to do to stay healthy and help us lose weight. We all know it’s easier to put on pounds then it is to lose them. Let’s support each other in making us healthy.
