9 Signs that you are not cut-out for the corporate world but meant to forge your own path - Part 1:

1. Your opinion almost never agrees with the general consensus of the company.😖
You feel like you’re dying a little inside every time you are forced to agree with a decision you don’t stand for.

2. People critisize you for “being too sensitive”.😢
You simply feel deeply and trying to swallow them every day trying to keep up appearances is exhausting.

3. Your nervous system is constantly in fight or flight.😳
You’re always bracing for the next email, deadline, or meeting — even on weekends — and your body never fully relaxes.

4. Your body keeps breaking down.😩
Chronic fatigue

If you are the black sheep in the family but have been conditioned to follow a conventional route, this would have manifested as burn-out, depression, anxiety and feeling unfulfilled in your relationship or job.

These are not failures, but signs that you need to re-direct your focus. 🛣️

I personally went from being burnt-out and in survival mode to now being in balance and living a life of authenticity, deep fulfillment and joy! 🤩

These are my go-to poses when I’m emotional, had a long day or need to ease menstrual or tummy discomfort.🧘🏻‍♀️

1. Seated Forward Fold
Benefits:
* Relieves lower back tension
* Creates a feeling of safety and inward focus,
* Reduces anxiety
* Eases menstrual discomfort
* Reduces anxiety

2. Legs up the wall
Benefits:
* Reduces menstrual discomfort
* Eases lower back tension
* Reduces stress and anxiety
* Helps regulate the nervous system
* Relieves tired or heavy legs

3. Supported Crocodile Pose
Benefits:
* Abdominal compression massages internal organs
* Supports grounding
* Releases Psoas or belly tension
* Stimulates digestion
* Helps release stored emotions

Make sure to include props like bolsters or pillows.
