Spirit Sunday 💜

Lately, I’ve been contemplating the current state of the world, seeing and sensing how women are being called to lead in a new way — not in opposition to men, but in a different, nurturing, life-affirming way....through our Divine Feminine.

As I sat with this, Spirit planted a seed of curiosity in me —
showing me the image of women… and bees. 🐝

This is often how Spirit speaks:
breadcrumbs… little clues… invitations to follow…
guiding us to explore deeper wisdom.

That image led me to tune into the medicine of bees, and how it reflects the power, creativity, and sacred wisdom of women.

🌿 Nature is always speaking to us.

If we slow down and listen, the natural world becomes a mirror —
reflecting ancient wisdom about who we are, how we belong, and the delicate web of life that connects us all.

Nothing in nature exists in isolation.

Every being.
Every element.
Every cycle.

All part of a greater relationship.

One of the most powerful reflections of this can be found in two sacred forces of creation that help sustain life on this planet:

Bees… and women.

Bees move from flower to flower, pollinating the Earth and ensuring life continues to bloom.

Without them, many of the foods we eat and ecosystems we depend on would slowly fade.

Women carry a similar sacred role...

We seed life. 🌸
Nurture growth. 🌱
Hold families and communities together. 🤝
Carry wisdom through generations. ✨

The bee and the woman are both keepers of life.

Bees work in harmony with the hive, each one contributing to the wellbeing of the whole.

Women, too, have always been the weavers of connection —
creating circles of care, intuition, belonging, and support that sustain humanity.

Bees take nectar from flowers and transform it into honey — a sweet medicine treasured since ancient times.

Women carry this same alchemy.

We take the nectar of our experiences — love, grief, joy, challenge, transformation — and turn it into wisdom, compassion, creativity, and healing for the world around us.

At the heart of every hive is the queen bee. She does not rule through force or domination. Her power comes from the life she carries and the presence she embodies. Her very presence helps guide the harmony and direction of the hive.

Women carry a similar sacred center within — the womb space,
long honoured as a wellspring of intuition, creativity, and life force.

From this place women birth not only children, but also visions, healing, ideas, and new possibilities for the world.

Both are guardians of sacred wisdom, living in deep relationship with the rhythms of nature.

Perhaps this remembering is awakening again.

Perhaps women, like the bees, are being called to remember the hum of life within them, to awaken their inner knowing, their sacred wisdom, and the power they carry to create a world blooming with harmony, sweetness, and possibility.

A single bee is powerful, but a hive can transform an entire landscape…

Imagine the power of a hive of awakened women — each one remembering her wisdom, her voice, her intuition, and her unique medicine for the world....

✨For those who are new to my page or my work, this is the frequency of the spaces I hold - a place to reconnect with heart, body, intuition, soul and Spirit.

🌙

I call in the quiet wisdom that flows beneath the surface.

I call in the remembering that resides within the subtle body.

May the body speak - in sensation, in signal, in gentle knowing and truth.

May the heart expand at its own sacred pace.

May intuition rise, steady and luminous.

May the energy of the herd surround us - reflecting truth without judgement, strength without force, depth without fear.

May the presence of Spirit move gently among us - guiding what is ready to be seen, whispering what longs to be remembered.

May contraction transform into clarity. May curiosity replace doubt. May courage replace fear.

May each experience - joy, grief, challenge, awakening, pleasure, expansion - reveal its medicine.

May we remember we are not fractured, only multi-layered and alive.

I do not lead from above. I sit in circle. I hold the field.

Guided by Spirit and grounded in the body, I trust what moves through me in service of the whole.

In this space, may each of you reconnect to your own inner guidance and walk your path - sovereign, embodied and awake.

Tonight at midnight we enter into the portal of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎 and we start a new 9 year cycle.

Over the last week I have intentionally reflected on the Year of the Snake 🐍and the last 9 year cycle....

Nine years ago, a doorway opened. In late 2016, I completed my Reiki Level 1 & 2 training. My training was a catalyst...my intuition didn’t “turn on” — it simply started to remember itself fully as though I had never forgotten.

Shortly after, I experienced my first mediumship connection and had a profound shared death experience with a young stag that was injured and as I sat and offered Reiki to him as he passed I was gifted a glimpse into the other side..... suddenly the veil thinned.....the world felt wider.....something ancient stirred.

In early 2017, through divine timing that felt orchestrated by something greater than me, my soul horse Happenstance (aka Happy) came into my life.

I didn’t know then that I was stepping into a nine-year initiation.

That same year brought devastating loss in my family, the passing of my brother. Grief cracked me open in ways I could not control. Instead of closing, I felt compelled to go deeper — completing my Reiki Master training, listening more closely to Spirit, acknowledging the signs and having the most profound experiences when I allowed Happy and the herd to guide me through the terrain of life and death.

In 2019 I completed my Equine Guided Facilitator training - and weeks later I walked through a life-threatening crisis with my son. Again I held space for fear and grief and through my connection with my brother on the other side and my angels I was gifted courage and faith.

The years that followed carried more thresholds — more loss of life of family members, friends and cherished pets. Again and again, I was asked to stand at the edge between worlds and remain open.

Not untouched....but transformed.

Now, as we close a nine-year cycle — culminating in the Year of the Snake — I can see the pattern.

Snake energy is subtle. It sheds quietly. It integrates wisdom into the bones. It is a "9" year representing a 9 year cycle, a period of completion, transformation and a letting go of what no longer serves you.

Ahead of us rises a new beginning — a “1” year — the beginning of a new 9 year cycle and carrying the ignition of the Fire Horse.

Snake asks:
What skin have you outgrown?

Fire Horse asks:
Will you run free as who you have become?

When I look back over these nine years, I no longer only see the pain. I see the medicine. I see the resilience. I see the woman forged through thresholds — someone who can hold grief and still feel the pulse of life.

This is what initiation does.
It doesn’t make us untouched.
It makes us true.

I now stand as a guide for those walking with grief and who sense there is more than survival — who feel the quiet knowing that love does not end, that there is no death, that the soul lives on and who are ready to explore connection, meaning, and transformation in grounded, spirit-supported ways. With Happy and the herd walking beside me as steady witnesses between worlds.

As we step toward a new cycle, I invite you to pause and reflect:

✨ Who were you nine years ago?
✨ What has life asked you to walk through?
✨ What gifts did you extract from the fire?
✨ What version of you is ready to be shed?
✨ If you trusted the next chapter, how freely would you move?

The old skin has done its work.
The horizon is calling.
May we have the courage to run free as who we have become💜

✨Spirit Sunday✨

Each and everyone of us is connected to the Divine Light of Spirit....when we go within and listen to our hearts desires we answer The Call of Light....we answer the call of Spirit, our higher selves, our soul 💫

In answering this call we move into alignment with our souls calling and can move through life expressing our true selves, sharing our own unique expression of this light, and vibrating at the frequency of love❤️

We start to feel the interconnectedness of all that exists, we see the inherent value and the Light in everything......the water, the air, the trees, the animals, each other....it is an internal transformation that then transforms everything in our external world 🌎

When we operate in the Light there is no dark...when we operate in Love there can be no Fear.....each and every day we have the choice to answer The Call of Light and BLOOM 🌷

✨ Honouring Our Loved Ones in Spirit— Creating a Sacred Altar ✨

As the veil softens and our loved ones in Spirit draw near, this is a beautiful time to create an altar or small sacred space to honour them. 🌹

It doesn’t have to be elaborate — a candle, a photo, a favourite flower, or something that reminds you of them. Each item carries energy and intention, inviting their spirit close in love and remembrance.

When you create this space, speak to them. Tell them they are still part of your life — because they are. 💫

Our loved ones love being included — they still want to help, guide, and celebrate with us.

If your grandmother was an amazing cook, ask her to help you find the perfect recipe.
If your dad loved music, ask him to send you a song for validation that he’s near.
If a friend was a source of laughter, invite them to bring you a moment of joy when you need it most.

The bond doesn’t end… it simply changes form.
They walk beside us in ways unseen, whispering through memory, signs, and synchronicities. 💖

Take a quiet moment this week to light a candle and open your heart. 🕯️

🕊️ They are listening.
🕊️ They are near.
🕊️ And they still love being part of your world.

✨ Why the Veil Is Thinning ✨

This time of year holds a sacred energy. As we move into late October and early November, the days grow shorter and the nights stretch long, the Earth turns inward, and so do we as we enter a season of stillness and reflection 🌙

This energetic shift mirrors the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, creating a natural alignment between our world and the Spirit world.

Many ancient traditions, from Samhain to Día de los Mu***os, speak of this season as the moment when the veil between worlds grows thin — when the boundary between the seen and unseen softens. 🕯️🌺

It’s during this time that we may feel the presence of our loved ones in Spirit more clearly — through dreams, gentle signs, or that sudden warmth that fills the heart. 💫

The veil doesn’t vanish… it simply softens, allowing love, memory, and guidance to move between realms more freely.

Today, I felt the gentle yet powerful presence of Archangel Jophiel — she appeared as a beautiful yellow light, radiating warmth, illumination, and grace.

Her message was a reminder to go within and recognize the beauty that already lives inside us. When we take time to see and honor that inner beauty, our outer world begins to reflect it — even in challenging moments, when life feels anything but beautiful.

Through this awareness, compassion naturally blossoms🌼— for ourselves, for others, and for the world around us.
