Hi guys I am doing the 7 day sugar free challenge with Anna Homewood and today has been hard but I am almost there!
I struggle big time when it rains. Not only does it sap my energy but I also canāt entertain my 3 year old after nursery outside, help!
Itās always the afternoon that is hard, 3-5pm seems to be witching hour, anyone else?
So Harry and I had some snacks together. Because I am sugar free I read the labels and discovered the healthy crackers I got for us has sugar in. So will be mindful to buy sugar free crackers, no wonder Harry goes bananas š and he had chopped cucumber š„ with hummas.
He then ate his dinner because he hadnāt filled up on rubbish, which made me happy!
To ease my craving for the biggest bar of chocolate I also had sparking water with freshly squeezed lime juice.
Water š¦ is essential to the body. Most of the time hunger is fuelled by thirst. It is for me anyway, especially when breastfeeding š¤±
