In commemoration of WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY our team visited COCCI Secondary School to engage students in meaningful conversations about mental health awareness, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing.
Through interactive sessions and open discussions, students were reminded that “mental health matters and it’s okay to speak up.”

In celebration of this year’s WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY the IMH Abuja Team visited a secondary school to engage students in open and honest conversations about mental health. ✨
It was an inspiring outreach filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful discussions breaking stigma, spreading good vibes, and empowering young people to prioritize their mental well-being.

🎓 IMH MAGs Graduation 2025! 💛💙

We proudly celebrate the graduation of the IMH MAGs 2025 Cohort!
Over the past weeks, our Amazing participants through the help of our Amazing Trainers have taken part in skills acquisition internships, gaining hands-on experience, building confidence, and developing practical skills that empower them to create impact in their communities.
From learning to lead with empathy to mastering valuable personal and professional skills, each participant has grown tremendously and today’s presentations were proof of their hard work, creativity, and dedication. 🌱
This milestone marks not the end, but a new beginning a journey of continuous growth and purpose. We are so proud of every graduate who has shown passion and resilience throughout this journey.

At Impact Mental Health Foundation (IMH) Nigeria, we believe mental wellness goes hand in hand with empowerment 💡✨.
