We often encounter experiences we don't like, and when we do, we tend to focus on "the thing" rather than our resistance to the "the thing".

There is a very simple equation: Resistance = Suffering.

If we can focus on our resistance and what we can do to let go of it or resolve it, we might just find that the quality of our experience improves.
